GameInfo: Cities XXL is a city-building computer game developed by Focus Home Interactive as a sequel to their earlier game Cities XL.

Review: Focus Home has finally gotten around to fixing the engine! Only took 4 years but the game now has multi-core support. If you have been staying away from the series since the first ones horrible performance this is the first one that is worth another look.
